About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate understands both performance marketing and organic growth, with strong skills in SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), paid ads, and analytics.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Build and improve conversion funnels for leads, sign-ups, and sales

Content, SEO & GEO

  • Create and optimize content for:
  • Search Engines (SEO)
  • Generative AI platforms (GEO – Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Structure content to improve visibility in:
  • AI search results (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Featured snippets and rich results
  • Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and topical authority building

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Plan content calendars and campaigns
  • Analyze engagement and audience growth

Email, WhatsApp & Automation

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (nurture, promotions, announcements)
  • Manage marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with data and privacy regulations

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights
  • Prepare regular reports with insights, KPIs, and optimization plans
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

SEO (on-page, technical, off-page)
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

  • Familiarity with tools such as:

Google Analytics & Search Console
Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

  • Ability to write clear, conversion-focused copy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
