Job Summary

Code Reve is hiring a performance-focused Digital Marketer / Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads campaigns. The role involves launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising efforts to drive leads, conversions, and ROI in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads
• Plan and execute full-funnel marketing strategies
• Optimize ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
• Set up pixels, events, and analytics
• Run A/B tests and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with designers and content teams
• Manage monthly ad budgets

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing / paid ads experience
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of tracking and analytics
• Data-driven mindset
• Good English communication
• Lahore-based, onsite role
• Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred (Plus)

• Google Tag Manager experience
• Conversion API & CRO knowledge
• Lead generation or eCommerce background
