About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our HR team and lead all employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR to build factoHR’s online presence as an employer of choice by creating engaging campaigns that highlight our culture, people, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employer Branding & Social Presence

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to strengthen factoHR’s employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with HR to design posts, videos, and stories showcasing life at factoHR, employee success stories, and workplace culture.
  • Manage and grow factoHR’s career social pages and increase engagement with potential candidates.
  • Partner with internal teams to capture and share authentic employee experiences.

2. Recruitment Marketing

  • Promote open positions through paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Design creative job post templates, reels, and short videos highlighting roles and teams.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure consistent communication tone and employer messaging across platforms.
  • Use analytics to measure candidate engagement and improve reach to the right talent.

3. Content & Communication

  • Create blogs, articles, and micro-content focused on career growth, learning culture, and employee achievements.
  • Develop campaigns for events, campus drives, and internal milestones.
  • Collaborate with the design team for visuals aligned with factoHR’s brand guidelines.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance of employer branding campaigns — impressions, reach, engagement, and applications.
  • Prepare monthly reports for HR leadership on branding KPIs.
  • Suggest improvements based on campaign data and recruitment trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic video editing tools.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a focus on HR and people stories.
  • Creative thinking with a good eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or HR.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or employer branding.
  • Experience working with HR or talent acquisition teams is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
