Role Summary

We are looking for a digital marketer or lead generation specialist who can find potential customers through the internet and social media. Your main job is to create and post content in relevant channels, attract business leads, and professionally explain our software when interested prospects contact you.

This is a hands-on role focused on real results: leads, conversations, and demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through online channels such as:
  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Business groups, forums, directories, and classified websites
  • Email outreach and messaging campaigns
  • Post and manage marketing content on our social pages and in targeted groups/communities.
  • Identify industries and companies that would benefit from our ERP software.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our ERP clearly to prospects.
  • Schedule demos and follow up to convert leads into meetings/sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet (status, contact info, next steps).
  • Suggest improvements for content style, posts, and target channels based on performance.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to generate leads online (social media, groups, outreach, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English .
  • Comfortable explaining software products to customers in a clear, confident way.
  • Able to learn our ERP system and present it to prospects.
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and goal-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media best practices.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience selling or marketing ERP, POS, CRM, or B2B software.
  • Experience with UAE or GCC business markets.
  • Content creation skills (short videos, reels, simple designs, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead reporting, funnels, and conversion tracking.

Job Type: Full-time
