About Doleep Studios
Doleep Studios is a Dubai-based media production company working with government and corporate clients across the UAE/GCC. We produce premium video and content — and we’re now building a stronger lead generation engine for both:

  • External clients (campaign delivery + performance reporting)
  • Doleep Studios internal growth (always-on lead gen)

The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer to own lead generation campaigns end-to-end, working closely with our Creative Director to produce and iterate ads fast.
This is not a “posting + boosting” role — it’s about funnels, tracking, conversion optimization, and measurable leads.

Key Outcomes

Within 30 days

  • Audit existing accounts, pixels, GA4/GTM setup, landing pages, and lead forms
  • Launch first test campaigns with a clear testing plan (audiences, creatives, offers)
  • Implement reporting dashboard (weekly performance + insights)

Within 60 days

  • Stable lead flow for Doleep and/or client accounts with improving CPL + lead quality
  • Clean tracking + attribution (events, UTMs, conversion actions, offline conversion import where possible)

Within 90 days

  • Repeatable “lead-gen system”: offers + landing pages + retargeting + follow-up integration
  • Predictable budget → lead volume planning, plus a creative iteration pipeline

What You’ll Do (Very Specific)

1) Paid Acquisition (Core)

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Campaign setup, structure, and scaling: Lead Forms + Website Conversion objectives
  • Audience strategy: retargeting (video viewers/site visitors), lookalikes, segmentation by persona
  • Creative testing: angles, hooks, formats (Reels/Stories/Feed), versioning, A/B testing

Google Ads

  • Search campaigns for intent-based lead gen (keywords, negatives, match types)
  • Performance Max (if relevant), remarketing, and conversion-focused extensions
  • Landing page alignment: copy, offer, CTA, speed, relevance

2) Lead Gen Funnels + CRO

  • Build/optimize landing pages on WordPress (Elementor preferred)
  • Implement lead capture using Typeform / WPForms / Gravity Forms / Contact Form 7 (based on your stack)
  • Create and maintain: thank-you pages, conversion events, basic CRO improvements
  • Run conversion improvements: CTA testing, form friction reduction, page speed basics

3) Tracking, Attribution & Reporting (Non-negotiable)

  • Setup/maintain: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events
  • Ensure correct: UTMs, conversion actions, event mapping, deduplication basics
  • Build dashboards using Looker Studio (or equivalent)
  • Weekly reporting that includes: spend, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, lead quality notes, next actions

4) AI-Assisted Marketing Production (with Creative Director)
You’ll use AI tools to increase speed and output quality, including:

  • Ad copy variations, hooks, value props, headlines, A/B test ideas
  • Rapid creative concepts/storyboards for ads (static + short motion)
  • Generating/assisting in design assets (within brand guidelines) and testing multiple variants

(We care about ethical use + quality control — AI should accelerate production, not reduce standards.)

Tools & Tech We Expect You to Know (or learn fast)

  • Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Events Manager
  • Google Ads, Keyword Planner, conversion actions
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Looker Studio reporting
  • WordPress + page builders (Elementor ideal)
  • Lead forms + integrations (Zapier/Make is a plus)
  • Basic SEO: on-page, metadata, internal linking, sitemap/indexing checks

Nice-to-have (big plus)

  • Meta CAPI understanding (even basic)
  • CRM integration experience (Zoho/HubSpot or similar)
  • Call tracking or offline conversion imports
  • Experience marketing B2B services in UAE/GCC

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On

  • Lead volume and Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Lead quality (tracked via CRM feedback / qualification rates)
  • Conversion rate (landing page + forms)
  • Account health + tracking accuracy
  • Speed and quality of creative iteration (testing discipline)

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years performance/digital marketing experience with proven lead-gen results
  • Strong hands-on campaign management (not just coordination)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment with rapid iterations
  • Arabic preferred (campaigns may include Arabic ads), not mandatory
