Digital Marketer Specialist (Office-Based)

We are a rapidly growing company seeking a talented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance and scale our online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, Google Ads and comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI and lower cost per acquisition
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Manage Google Ads, Display Ads and Retargeting campaigns
• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across digital platforms
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing, remarketing, and automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
• Up-to-date with current digital marketing and social media trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs3,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
