Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our academic team. This role is exclusively focused on teaching students — from beginners to advanced learners — and equipping them with industry-relevant digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have both hands-on digital marketing knowledge and a strong aptitude for teaching in a structured academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured classroom and online training sessions to students.
- Teach core modules such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics, and Content Marketing and all other modules.
- Develop and update course content, presentations, assessments, and projects in line with industry standards.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to monitor student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum structure.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and professional learning environment.
- Provide individual attention to students through mentorship, query resolution, and project feedback.
- Help students prepare for industry-recognized certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
- Collaborate with the academic team to continually update course content based on current industry trends and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience (in institutes, colleges, or EdTech platforms preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for student understanding.
- Passion for teaching and helping students build careers in digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
- Experience teaching students aged 18–25 or fresh graduates.
- Prior experience with LMS tools and online teaching platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
