Digital Marketer/Google Ad Specialist

The Mission

We aren't looking for a "set it and forget it" marketer. We are seeking a high-performance Digital Marketing Specialist who lives for KPIs and thrives on the technical nuances of the modern ad stack. You are a blend of a data scientist and a creative psychologist—someone who understands customer pain points and can build the technical infrastructure to track every single win.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and content management systems is essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Technical Ownership

Ad Mastery: Develop and scale aggressive campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.

The Ecosystem: Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center and Shopify backends to ensure seamless product feeds and high-converting storefronts.

Technical Tracking: Utilize Google Tag Manager (Intermediate level required) to ensure attribution is flawless and data-driven decisions are possible.

AI-Driven Content: Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., Arcads) to rapidly generate high-conversion video and image assets.

Creative Execution: Use Canva and CapCut to polish assets that stop the scroll and speak directly to customer "pain points."

Optimization: Conduct constant A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy using advanced Performance Marketing and CRO techniques.

Must-Have Qualifications

Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.

Technical Stack: Proficiency in Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and Merchant Center.

Creative Tech: Mastery of Canva, CapCut, and a proven ability to use AI prompts for content generation.

Strategic Depth: Deep understanding of customer behavior—you know how to find the "itch" and scratch it with your campaigns.

Data Literacy: Strong ability to interpret Google Analytics and raw data to pivot strategies in real-time.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads (AdWords), SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and content management systems
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred but not mandatory; ability to work with technical teams on website optimization projects.
  • Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite), and social media management tools.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising, marketing automation platforms, email marketing strategies, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovative digital marketing solutions in a fast-paced environment. This position is paid and open to candidates eager to leverage their expertise in digital marketing to make a measurable impact on our brand’s growth trajectory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.35 - $37.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
