Own a wide portfolio of our Platform Business, India. Primary focus will be on top talent attraction, retention, development, and engagement. Talent Acquisition, Business HR, HR Operations & Leaning will report in apart from relevant COE functions connected to these domains.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:
    Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and external agencies.
Performance Marketing:
    Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Retargeting).
    Drive performance across acquisition, conversion, and ROI metrics.
SEO & Content Marketing:
    Oversee SEO strategy (technical + content) to grow organic traffic.
    Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to create engaging digital content.
Social Media & Community:
    Manage brand presence on social platforms and build engaging campaigns.
    Identify trends and growth opportunities across channels.
Email & CRM:
    Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM campaigns to increase repeat bookings and customer retention.
Analytics & Reporting:
    Monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
    Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product, tech, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
