Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation. The role focuses on driving high-quality leads through platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels, while continuously improving campaign performance and ROI.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns for services such as counselling, mentorship programs, and admissions.
- Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting to improve lead quality.
- Monitor daily campaign performance including CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Create compelling ad copies, headlines, creatives, and CTAs aligned with brand messaging.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Optimize landing pages in coordination with the development team for higher conversions.
- Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize lead volume and quality.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates.
- Proven experience in paid digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience in education, healthcare, or consultancy marketing is a plus.
