Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation, sales, and branding objectives.
- Analyze ad performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives (images/videos) along with compelling ad copy.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking and performance measurement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and performance-driven advertising.
