Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, social media management, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), content creation, email marketing, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and structure for better search rankings.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

2. Social Media & LinkedIn Page Handling:

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn company pages for engagement and growth.
  • Develop content strategies to increase audience engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

3. Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Facebook Ads):

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads to improve ROI and performance.
  • Monitor ad spend, conversion rates, and campaign analytics.

4. Graphic Design & Video Editing:

  • Create engaging graphics using Canva or Adobe tools for social media and campaigns.
  • Edit short-form videos for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes.
  • Design promotional materials, infographics, and digital assets.

5. Content Creation & Email Marketing:

  • Develop compelling blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Write copy for ad campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

✅ Experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager.

✅ Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.

✅ Ability to manage LinkedIn pages and social media campaigns.

✅ Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video).

✅ Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

✅ Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success.

✅ Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
