Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital growth, understands modern marketing strategies, and can execute campaigns across multiple platforms.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising, Content Creation, and Video Editing. You will be responsible for building brand presence, driving traffic, and increasing conversions through strategic digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for ads, reels, and social platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and generate analytics reports
• Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with design and product teams for marketing creatives
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Basic to advanced skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Understanding of content marketing and social media strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in E-commerce marketing (Shopify, Daraz, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Ads & PPC campaigns
• Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop)
• Understanding of conversion funnels and sales psychology
