Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns while driving lead generation and customer acquisition across B2B and B2C markets.

Your mission: generate qualified leads, reduce acquisition costs, and scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on:
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
  • Improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently

SEO & SEM Strategy

  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize landing pages for performance and ranking

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Design and implement B2B and B2C lead generation strategies
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels

Social Media Management

  • Manage company social profiles with a performance-driven approach
  • Create conversion-focused content
  • Coordinate campaigns aligned with business objectives

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs including:
  • Deliver actionable monthly performance reports

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in domains, hosting, SaaS, or cloud services
  • Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MENA or international digital markets
