Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategy Development: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Content & Creative: Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) for websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report performance (ROI and KPIs) of all digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics to track success and identify trends.
  • Social Media & Growth: Maintain social media presence, interact with followers, and brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
  • SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Campaign Budgeting: Monitor, manage, and optimize marketing budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Platforms: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze data and consumer trends to optimize performance.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills for visual and written content creation.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Common Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in photo/video editing software and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
