About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to act as the quarterback for client relationships and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves strategy, lives in dashboards, speaks fluent “client,” and can translate business goals into high-performance marketing execution.

You’ll own the client experience from onboarding through execution—coordinating with internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track, and leading communication with clients to drive campaigns forward. Your job is to keep everything moving, clients informed, and performance dialed in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, setting expectations, and leading regular check-ins
  • Coordinate all phases of marketing projects from kick-off to completion
  • Create and manage timelines, deliverables, and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, tech, and creative teams to ensure campaign objectives are met
  • Prepare meeting agendas, track results, and guide clients through strategies and outcomes
  • Gather necessary assets, approvals, and inputs to keep projects running smoothly
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve problems before they impact results

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in digital marketing account management or project coordination
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (Paid Media, SEO, Email, GA4, Attribution, Multi-Channel Funnels)
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.) and CRM systems
  • Confidence with analytics tools and performance dashboards
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to deadlines and detail
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically to meet client goals

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Agency experience
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization and funnel strategy
  • Familiarity with automation tools or MarTech stacks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
