Role: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute app installs & website campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Programmatic DSPs
-
Manage CPI / CPA-based buying, budgets, pacing, and delivery targets
-
Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, retention, and conversions
-
Drive organic growth through SEO (web) and ASO (app stores)
-
Optimize app store listings (keywords, creatives, ratings, reviews)
-
Identify low-quality or fraudulent traffic and reduce wastage
-
Coordinate creative refreshes and audience optimizations
-
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
-
Work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure smooth execution
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of performance marketing and install campaigns
-
Drive organic growth through SEO (web) and ASO (app stores)

Optimize app store listings (keywords, creatives, ratings, reviews)

Hands-on good experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)

Knowledge of KPIs like CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention

Advanced Excel and reporting skills

Strong communication and client management abilities
Professional Experience:

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing

Proven experience managing app install or web acquisition campaigns

Experience working with clients or stakeholders directly

Exposure to budget handling and performance reporting
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Mass Communication, IT, or related field

MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred but not mandatory

Relevant Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage
