Right now, we’re looking for a top performing Digital Marketing Account & Media Manager to help us get there.
What Makes You a Fit
- 3–5 years in digital marketing or account management (agency or multi-client experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM tools, Teamwork/Project Management tools, Constant Contact, WordPress.
- Strong skills in SEO & SEM fundamentals (you don’t need to be an SEO engineer, but you need to be able to manage keyword tracking, on-page updates, and SEO reporting).
- Proficiency with WordPress (publishing blogs, updating content, optimizing pages).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Constant Contact, GoHighLevel).
- Incredibly organized, detail-driven, and great at working with multiple clients.
- Experience with using and reporting from SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, SemRush, BrightLocal, and GoHighLevel.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll be the go-to liaison for our clients – a strategist, project manager, digital media expert.
- Manage and oversee 10 - 15 active client accounts monthly (from solo attorneys to multi-attorney firms).
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients—handling check-ins, updates, and strategy sessions.
- Developing and presenting monthly results reports and / or c-level presentations.
- Build strong relationships that earn client trust and confidence.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies across SEO, email, and web content.
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, developers, and specialists to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Update and edit WordPress websites for client campaigns (publishing blogs, updating service pages, optimizing SEO).
- Use tools like Canva/Adobe for simple design tasks when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (SEO rankings, web traffic, CTR, CPC, social engagement, email open rates).
- Analyze campaign data and extract actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports to clients with recommendations for growth.
Growth Opportunities
- Spot area of opportunity to upsell services and scale client results.
- Suggest creative ways to increase website traffic and brand recognition for clients.
- Stay ahead of industry changes in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising and apply them to client strategies.
Communication & Client Skills
- You’re a clear and confident communicator who can explain complex marketing concepts in simple terms clients understand.
- Strong presentation skills – You’ll be delivering reports and recommendations directly to attorneys and law firm partners.
- Relationship builder – you know how to earn trust, keep clients happy, and address concerns with professionalism and positivity.

What We Offer
