As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a Digital Strategy Manager who can bridge client objectives with strategic marketing execution.

About the Role

The Digital Strategy Manager will work closely with clients to understand their goals, craft tailored digital strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to bring those strategies to life. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to create actionable, results-focused plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into strategic marketing plans.
  • Develop and present digital strategy proposals covering media, creative, and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, media buying, and content teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and improvement plans.
  • Communicate progress and results effectively through reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or strategy (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — client-facing communication is key.
  • Confident in client handling, requirement gathering, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Manager, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of performance reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Understanding of creative briefing and content planning.
