Trutek Corp. is an innovation-driven company specializing in patented consumer products and app development. Our portfolio includes NasalGuard® Airborne Particle Blocker, a leading OTC product available on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Instagram; our health and wellness apps, AllerAid and iMiracle; and a new skincare brand launching soon.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant who is eager to contribute to a growing company at the intersection of consumer products and technology. This role combines marketing support, administrative tasks, business development, and customer service, with opportunities to be directly involved in new product launches, app growth, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Assist with app-related marketing for AllerAid and iMiracle, including content creation and user engagement.
  • Support business development efforts in Latin American markets.
  • Contribute to the launch and promotion of our new skincare brand.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist with customer order fulfillment and respond to customer service inquiries.
  • Help coordinate projects with internal team members and external vendors.
  • Contribute ideas and execution support for marketing and operational initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Spanish (Required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Required)
  • Proficient in Adobe Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator) (Preferred)

· Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable learning new platforms and apps.

· Highly organized with attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company.

· Previous experience in digital marketing, customer service, or administrative work is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Pay range: 17-21/hr

Schedule:

  • 20 – 40 hours per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Somerville, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school diploma (Required)
  • Associate’s degree (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred, a-Plus)
