We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing, influencer engagement, and multi-platform media strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and manage social media strategies tailored to client goals.
• Utilize social media marketing tools for audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign tracking.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage both paid and organic content scheduling as well as community engagement.
• Ensure all campaigns follow best practices and remain aligned with platform updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with influencer discovery platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
