Digital Marketing Agency Operations Executive

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Agency Operations Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing department. This role requires someone who has previously worked in a digital marketing agency or a multi-functional marketing setup, ensuring smooth workflows, accountability, and timely delivery across all teams.

You will act as the operational backbone of the department, coordinating between social media, ads, SEO, creative, content, and merchandising teams to keep everything running efficiently.

Job Description

• Build and enforce SOPs, processes, and policies to streamline agency operations.
• Manage task allocation, workload balancing, and deadlines across multiple marketing functions.
• Keep project management tools updated (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) with statuses, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee execution quality and process compliance before final publishing or delivery.
• Track daily/weekly operations and prepare performance reports highlighting progress, gaps, and delays.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Drive process improvements by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Ensure effective cross-team communication and accountability.
• Provide management with clear, actionable updates on departmental performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing agency operations, project management, or cross-functional coordination.
• Hands-on experience with project/task management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with digital marketing functions (SEO, social, paid ads, content, creative) is required, but this is an operations role, not execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
