Our Digital Solutions Division (DSD) delivers AI‑powered marketing and digital content services for internal divisions (Glacck Visa, Glacck Academy, Glacck DSD) and selected international clients in Europe, North-America and the Middle East. The Digital Marketing & AI Content Strategist will apply strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and social media, combined with hands‑on expertise in AI content tools, to plan and execute content campaigns from awareness to conversion across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva, and CapCut to produce high‑quality content at scale (50+ pieces per week), while using data and insights to continually refine strategy. Prior experience with international markets, SEO, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights is a plus. The role is on‑site in Lahore and requires a self‑directed individual who can thrive in a small, fast‑moving, AI‑first team environment.
- Develop and implement digital marketing and content strategies aligned with company goals and international market trends for Glacck Visa, Glacck Academy, Glacck DSD, and selected overseas clients.
- Utilize AI content generation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to create high‑quality content and perform market and competitor research for EU, North American and Middle East audiences.
- Design engaging visual content using Canva Pro (including templates, brand kits, and AI‑powered tools) and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Edit and produce short‑form videos using CapCut, incorporating text overlays, audio, and transitions to enhance user engagement on Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Manage content workflows efficiently, applying prompt‑engineering techniques to optimize AI‑generated output and increase speed and quality.
- Create and schedule high‑volume content (50+ pieces per week) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business profiles, focusing on growth and conversion objectives.
- Conduct basic search engine optimization activities, including keyword research and on‑page implementation, to improve organic reach and rankings where relevant.
- Analyze data and insights from digital campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics) to measure performance and support strategic decision‑making.
- Continuously refine messaging, hooks, and formats based on engagement metrics, A/B tests, and feedback from the Community/Client Success team.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and new AI technologies, and proactively recommend improvements to content strategy and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the Community/Client Success team and Team Lead in an open‑office setting to align messaging, share audience insights, and support lead generation and nurturing.
- Maintain organized, detail‑oriented workflows to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously without direct supervision.
