1. About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing who is comfortable working across SEO, social media, paid ads, and modern AI tools.
If you already have practical exposure to SEO, content, ads, and analytics—and are actively using AI tools to improve efficiency and results—this role offers an opportunity to work on real websites, apps, and brand campaigns while growing your expertise further.
You will work closely with our digital marketing team and contribute directly to planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities.
2. Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Conduct keyword research for websites, blogs, and landing pages
- Perform on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, content optimization)
- Assist with basic off-page SEO activities
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Identify SEO issues and suggest improvements
ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals for Play Store / App Store
- Research competitors and track app rankings
PPC & Paid Advertising
- Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads & social media ad campaigns
- Keyword grouping, ad copy coordination, and performance monitoring
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance
Social Media Marketing
- Plan content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create, schedule, and publish posts
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
- Track basic performance metrics
Content & Creatives
- Write short-form content such as captions, ad copies, and basic blog inputs
- Coordinate with designers for creatives (posts, banners, reels)
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
AI Tools & Automation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) for content ideas, keyword research, optimization, and analysis
- Explore new AI tools and document how they can improve productivity and marketing outcomes
- Support AI-driven workflows for SEO, ads, and content
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Track KPIs and share actionable insights with the team
3. Required Experience & Skills
Experience:
- 1–2 years of practical experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Education (Any Graduate):
- BE / B.Tech (Computer / IT)
- BCA / MCA
- BSc / MSc IT
- BBA / MBA (Marketing or related)
- Or any graduate with relevant digital marketing experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Working knowledge of SEO, social media, and basic paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Basic understanding of AI tools for marketing tasks
- Good English reading & writing skills
- Organized, proactive, and willing to work from office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
