Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and optimize content for SEO and user experience.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies, and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Prepare engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights to strengthen digital strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven working experience (1–3 years for junior / 3–5 years for senior) in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and paid ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools.
