Digital Marketing Analyst

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website and optimize content for SEO and user experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies, and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Prepare engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights to strengthen digital strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven working experience (1–3 years for junior / 3–5 years for senior) in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and paid ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,231.48 - ₹36,234.87 per month
