Job Information
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst who combines creative thinking with data planning, executing, and measuring SEO, paid media, social, and CMS initiatives to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple digital marketing projects with clear timelines and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales to launch campaigns and landing pages.
  • Guide the team in implementing day-to-day marketing activities and best practices.
  • Create/review content briefs, on-page copy, and ad creatives.
  • Manage and update websites using a CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Track performance in GA4: define KPIs, set up events/conversions, and build simple dashboards.
  • Maintain stakeholder (customer) communication for updates, reports, and feedback.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum rituals (standups, sprint planning, retros) to prioritize and ship work. ‍
Skills you Need
  • SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, basic technical checks.
  • Technical SEO: site audits, indexation, sitemaps/robots, Core Web Vitals basics.
  • SMO/Social: content planning, scheduling, and basic community responses.
  • Paid Media: hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads setup, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Analytics: GA4 events/goals, UTM hygiene, reporting, and actionable insights.
  • CMS: working experience updating pages, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Soft Skills: excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination.
  • Marketing automation/CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign)
