Digital Marketing Analyst

Ron Sherman Advertising is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support marketing initiatives for both our clients and Ron Sherman Advertising. This position will assist with digital advertising campaigns, social media management, content coordination, analytics reporting, and digital marketing strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple areas of digital marketing including PPC campaign management, social media marketing, content development, reporting, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, improve, and optimize client digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Assist with the creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of PPC campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage client social media accounts including strategy development, content planning, scheduling, posting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing and social media growth strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPL, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Deliver digital marketing and social media reports to clients while deriving actionable strategic insights.
  • Coordinate and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Assist with content creation including social posts and graphics.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools for digital marketing management, reporting, automation, and analytics.
  • Stay current with trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or PPC campaign management.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics, optimization strategies, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience developing social marketing strategies tailored to individual platforms and audiences.
  • Experience managing monthly social and digital content calendars.
  • Content creation experience across multiple digital channels including posts, videos, and stories.
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to drive recommendations and improve campaign performance.
  • Strong communication, writing, and verbal skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting platforms, and digital marketing tools is preferred.

Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Little Rock, AR

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
