Daily Tasks
- · Monitor ad performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- · Track KPIs for live campaigns (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
- · Update budget pacing and flag under/overperforming ads.
- · Check website analytics and SEO keyword rankings.
- · Support urgent flyer edits or ad changes for hotels/events.
Weekly Tasks
- · Launch & optimize paid ad campaigns for promotions, openings, or events.
- · Draft and send email or SMS campaigns (aligned with Social Media Strategist).
- Draft email/LinkedIn outreach for corporate prospecting (restaurant/banquets/events).
- · Manage SEO updates for KSG websites (menu updates, seasonal specials, blog copy).
- · Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, or target audiences.
- · Create reports for banqueting leads generated from ads/outreach.
- · Keep contacts lists organized and updated in Wix (compiling from OpenTable, Toast, TripleSeat and others).
- · Weekly alignment call with Strategist to sync campaigns and content.
Monthly Tasks
- · Develop & maintain a 90-120 day calendar of holidays & events, ensuring maximization of awareness and outreach.
- · Deliver full marketing performance report across all brands (paid + organic).
- · Propose budget shifts based on ROI (e.g., more ad spend on banqueting).
- · Present competitor ad analysis (benchmarking).
- · Update Google Business Profile listings for all hotels/restaurants.
- · Optimize listings on OpenTable, Toast, Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor and any others.
- · Evaluate website conversion funnel & recommend optimizations.
- · Plan 30-day email/SMS marketing calendar.
Shared / Joint Responsibilities
· Banqueting, Events & Corporate Prospecting:
- o Build targeted outreach lists (corporate admins & HR teams, local orgs, community groups).
- o Prospect LinkedIn groups, admins, HR contacts, and corporate clubs for catering & banquets.
- o Co-develop outreach campaigns (emails, flyers, social DMs).
- o Review 3-5 competitors monthly for content and ad ideas.
- o Track inquiries and report conversions.
· Campaign Coordination:
- o Strategist ensures storytelling & voice.
- o Marketing Manager ensures paid targeting & ROI.
- o Both collaborate weekly to merge creative + performance.
