Location: Lehi, UT

Status: Part-Time

Hours: This is PRN for our Lehi and Payson campuses. Classes are Monday–Friday; 7:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Pay/Salary: $30.00/hour

What You'll Do:


Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing & Analytics Substitute Instructor include, but are not limited to:


  • Delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in the classroom.
  • Evaluating student work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting academic growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and digital marketing and analytics best practices.
  • Partnering with fellow instructors, administrators, and industry leaders to maintain a high-quality learning experience.
  • Leading by example in professionalism, safety, and workplace readiness.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including grades, attendance, and student placement data, and submitting timely reports.

What We're Looking For:


We're seeking professionals who are passionate about teaching and committed to excellence. Successful candidates will have:


  • Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field; or at least six years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong project management skills with the ability to guide students through real-world marketing scenarios.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.
  • Teaching Experience: Preferred, but not required.
