Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support our marketing efforts on a short-term, contract basis. This role will serve as a hands-on, “boots on the ground” partner responsible for executing day-to-day marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and digital engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Capture and develop content, including photos, videos, and written posts
• Maintain a consistent and engaging online presence aligned with the firm’s brand
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including campaigns, email content, and website updates
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and visibility
• Coordinate with internal team members to highlight firm initiatives, events, and updates
• Ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned with overall marketing goals

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to create and edit basic photo and video content
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms required

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Additional Details

This is a part-time, 3-month contract role (approximately 25 hours per week). The position is designed to provide immediate support and execution for ongoing marketing initiatives.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
