Role Description
We are seeking a Digital & Creative Marketing Executive to bring our brand and services to life across social and digital channels. The role involves designing engaging content, running digital campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives to raise awareness, educate patients, and strengthen relationships with referring doctors. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager (founder-led) and be responsible for executing creative campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and publish engaging content (posts, reels, infographics, patient stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.
- Assist in digital campaign execution for health awareness weeks, corporate tie-ups, and community events.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Support reputation management (Google reviews, patient testimonials).
- Edit short videos and reels for campaigns.
- Prepare brochures, posters, and other creative materials for patients and doctors.
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for ads, SEO, or printing when needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills for reels/short-form content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Ahmedabad
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
