Job Overview:
As a Digital marketing and E-Commerce Executive at Ideal Power Tools, you will be responsible for driving our social media strategy, engaging with our online community, and contributing to the overall marketing and digital strategy. This includes content creation, SEO, digital advertising, stock keeping, invoice generation, customer service, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated digital marketing enthusiast with a strong focus on creating engaging content, optimizing online presence, and ensuring smooth operations in our e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in executing SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research, backlinking).
✅Support SEM and paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
✅Optimize website and product pages for better ranking and conversion rate and Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and digital KPIs.
✅Create engaging graphics, product creatives, banners, and promotional content.
✅Write captions, blogs, and product descriptions aligned with brand voice, Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
✅Assist in designing creatives for email newsletters and digital promotions.
✅Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), Engage with followers—respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.
✅Grow social media reach organically through trends, hashtags, and campaigns.
✅Coordinate influencer collaborations and manage influencer content delivery.
✅Shoot and edit reels, promotional videos, DIY tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Support short-form video content creation for campaigns and product launches.
✅Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
✅Assist in updating stock levels, product variations, and specifications.
✅Ensure product catalog consistency across all e-commerce platforms and Monitor product performance, reviews, and seller ratings.
✅Assist in daily order management and follow-up with logistics teams.
✅Help maintain inventory records for online channels.
✅Support dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery to customers.
✅Respond to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, and social media.
✅Support return/refund cases by coordinating with customer care and warehouse teams.
✅Assist in planning and executing Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, and marketplace promotions.
✅Monitor ad spend, ROI, and performance metrics.
✅Support the creation of discount campaigns, festival offers, and product bundles.
✅Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for social media, ads, and e-commerce platforms.
✅Analyze competitors’ activities, pricing, and digital strategies.
✅Provide insights on improving product visibility, lead generation, and conversion.
✅Assist in planning digital campaigns for new product launches.
✅Assist in coordinating photoshoots, product demos, and promotional events.
✅Support cross-department communication between marketing, sales, warehouse, and accounts.
✅Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
