DIGITAL MARKETING and ELEMENTOR BASED WEB-DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Specialization: Elementor | Landing Pages | SEO | PPC + Tracking | Social Media Posting | Funnel Optimization

Collaborates with: AI Automation Associate & AI Graphic Designer
Purpose: Build MSK’s digital assets and infrastructure to convert traffic into leads, and run day-to-day digital marketing operations.
1. CORE MISSION (Non-Negotiable Output)
Build, manage, and scale a complete digital acquisition engine:
- High-conversion landing pages for every MSK product line
- SEO dominance (local + SBU-based)
- Ads-ready funnel architecture (Google + Meta)
- Email and WhatsApp marketing infrastructure
- Daily social posting (using designer assets)
- Tracking, analytics, pixel setup
- Smooth integration with AI automation workflows
- You own the structure, flow, positioning, and performance of MSK’s digital presence.
2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Execution Focused)
A. Elementor Landing Pages (Primary Duty)
You will:
- Build fast, premium, modern landing pages using Elementor Pro
- Create niche micro-funnels for every SBU
- Optimize for mobile conversions
- Implement CTA frameworks (call, WhatsApp, quote forms)
- Add persuasive copy, layout, and trust signals
- Maintain consistent structure and UI
- Integrate forms with WhatsApp, email, CRM, n8n workflows
- Your pages must convert cold traffic into WhatsApp conversations + calls + leads.
B. SEO (On-Page + Technical + Local)
You will run MSK’s full SEO operations:
- Keyword research for each SBU
- SEO-driven content structure
- Metadata, schema, alt-tags, and sitemap updates
- Optimize load speed & core vitals
- Internal linking strategy
- Create local SEO landing pages (cities around Houston)
- Optimize Google Business Profile (in collaboration with Founder)
- Monitor rankings & improve them weekly
- Goal: Rank MSK #1 locally across signage categories.
C. Social Media Posting (Execution Only)
You are responsible for:
- Posting schedule across Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
- Writing captions
- Publishing the content delivered by the designer
- Adding hashtags, geotags, keywords
- Maintaining brand consistency across posts
- Updating stories with ready assets
- Uploading thumbnails and descriptions for YouTube/shorts
- Your responsibility: Consistency, discipline, and traffic generation.
D. PPC & Ads Infrastructure (Setup + Optimization)
You will NOT run complex campaigns alone.
- But you will manage the entire technical ads foundation:
- Google Ads account structure
- Meta Ads Manager setup
- Pixel installation
- Conversion API (with technician help if needed)
- GTM tracking events
- UTM parameters
- Remarketing audiences
- Landing page relevance + Quality Score support
- You prepare the digital environment so MSK can run ads profitably.
E. Analytics, Tracking & Conversion Systems
You must ensure all tracking is correct and functional:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Event tracking (scroll, button, WhatsApp, form submission)
- Weekly reporting on:
- traffic
- top pages
- conversions
- CPL (cost per lead)
- funnel drop-off analysis
- You build MSK’s data visibility layer.
F. Email + WhatsApp Marketing Support
You will:
- Upload CSVs into HubSpot / CRM
- Create email templates (designer will supply visuals)
- Build automated follow-up sequences
- Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists
- Connect email forms ? automation ? WhatsApp flow
- You support the AI Automation Associate in building complete marketing loops.
G. Collaboration With AI Automation & AI Designer
With AI Automation Associate (Zeeshan):
- Connect funnels to WhatsApp bots
- Ensure landing pages fire correct webhooks
- Solve front-end integration issues
- Implement form validation + clean data flow
- Support CRM synchronization
- With AI Graphic Designer:
- Provide page dimensions, assets needed, copy blocks
- Receive graphics and insert into landing pages
- Post content supplied by designer
- Maintain brand consistency across all SBUs
- You are the link between design ? automation ? website ? ads.

- No repurposing MSK landing page systems elsewhere
7. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a backend or automation engineer
- Not a copy-paste executor
- This role is strategic + operational digital growth.
8. NORTH STAR METRIC
- Your job is to increase the number of leads MSK gets every week through website traffic, SEO, and funnels.
