Position Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Executive who will play a key role in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns. This is an "all-rounder" role designed for a hands-on operator who can manage the full lifecycle of a campaign—from strategic planning and high-quality visual design to execution and performance analysis
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution:

Campaign Management: Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and Social Media

Content Calendar: Develop and maintain monthly digital marketing calendars, ensuring a consistent stream of high-quality content

Email Marketing: Design, write, and deploy email automation and newsletters to drive lead nurturing and retention.

Website Optimization: Manage company websites and landing pages, optimizing for both user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
Graphic Design & Content Creation

Visual Design: Create professional-grade graphics for social media, display ads, website banners, and marketing collateral using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.

Ad Creative: Produce high-converting visual assets for paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Display networks.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual and written content adheres strictly to brand guidelines while maintaining a local appeal for our global market.
Analytics & Reporting

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics and social media insights to measure ROI.

Reporting: Prepare monthly reports detailing campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.

Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead in evolving digital landscape.
Agency & Project Coordination

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies to ensure project alignment.

Deadline Management: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualification Requirements

1–3 years experience in digital marketing & Graphic Design (B2B/industrial/aviation a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent).

Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, social, and email; confident with GA4 and LinkedIn ads.

Strong copywriting in English; comfortable translating technical inputs into clear, persuasive content.

Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones.

Graphic design skills (Adobe, Photoshop, etc)

Experience with HubSpot/Salesforce/Hootsuite and marketing automation.

Familiarity with MRO vocabulary and the ATR/A320/B737 ecosystem.

Press/PR coordination experience; additional languages (Arabic, French).
