AIM Digital Technologies is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our growth efforts. If you understand how to generate high-quality leads, run performance-focused campaigns, and convert attention into business, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Generate and qualify B2B leads for software, mobile app, and digital services
• Optimize landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives for better conversion rates
• Manage and improve SEO, email marketing, and outbound lead generation strategies
• Track performance metrics (CPL, ROI, CTR, conversions) and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Hands-on experience with paid ads, analytics tools, and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience in IT / software services marketing is a strong plus
