About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Online Sales / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site.

Our company has an established presence in the B2B market and is expanding into B2C. We’re seeking someone with a well-balanced understanding of both B2B and B2C strategies who can strengthen our existing online channels while building new ones from the ground up.

We are looking for someone with an organic-first approach, this role is ideal for someone resourceful, scrappy, and data-driven — able to generate results with limited initial resources and build the case for future marketing investment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing and sales campaigns across social, email, website, and online marketplaces
• Manage and grow e-commerce listings, ensuring accurate content and product info
• Track and report on performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, sales)
• Build and maintain the company’s sales website and channels with a focus on conversion
• Work with the Design and Marketing team to create content (graphics, product descriptions, social posts, emails, videos)
• Coordinate with the sales team to drive qualified leads and follow through on nurturing
• Develop and propose monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets with low-cost, high-ROI strategies
• Audit our current online presence and identify quick wins
• Launch lean, organic campaigns to drive measurable early results
• Establish baseline metrics and build a data-backed budget proposal for future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and online sales
• Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing tactics
• Proficiency in marketing online sales tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Strong writing, creative, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with a limited budgetand building programs from scratch
• Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
