Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing and Sales Assistant to support our online marketing initiatives and sales efforts. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing content across various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and data analysis to help drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, email, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other advertising platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Design graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform optimization strategies.
  • Support conversion optimization efforts by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns for B2B marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Assist in marketing automation tasks to nurture leads through email marketing workflows.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and related fields to recommend innovative approaches.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
  • Experience with website management using WordPress or other CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is a plus but not required. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing to grow their skills while contributing to dynamic campaigns that drive business success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
