Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Digital Outreach: Design and execute high-level digital sales campaigns using CRM automation and precision-targeted LinkedIn outreach to engage engineers and procurement leads.
- Content Leadership: Synthesize complex technical specifications into professional digital assets, including white papers, technical case studies, and video presentations that establish industry authority.
- Full-Funnel Management: Oversee the digital lead-generation lifecycle—from SEO and SEM acquisition to technical sales consultation and final closing.
- Market Intelligence: Utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven market research to identify emerging opportunities within the broadcast, medical, and industrial heating sectors.
- Brand Modernization: Ensure a cohesive and professional brand presence across all digital touchpoints, maintaining the integrity of our specialized industrial niche.
Professional Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern MarTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical specifications with engineers and contract terms with executives.
- B2B Experience: A proven track record of managing long-cycle B2B sales and high-value industrial accounts.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience in electron tubes, RF power, or semiconductor industries is highly preferred.
