SOLS is an e-commerce based shoe brand. We manufacture genuine leather handmade shoes (huaraches) in Mexico and sell them direct to consumers through our website and social media outlets. We have been in business for over two years and are growing at a rapid rate. Our environment is perfect for the entrepreneurial mind because you will dip your toe in every facet of the business from marketing and management to the creative side of new lines and ongoing projects.

At SOLS we have multiple exciting projects coming up that would be perfect for any student interested in fashion, end to end business, & marketing as a whole but especially social media. We have a strong mission and values as a company. We would love anyone that feels strongly about connecting with others and running a meaningful business.

You will work closely in multiple facets of the business including sales, operations, marketing/advertising including social media as well as all online advertising, and production. We are passionate about our products and we want to make sure you are too. We want to allow you to have the best experience possible. Our customers and our artisans are what keeps us running so you will need to have great personable customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Attend and aid in all meetings with providers and clients
• Schedule social media posts for instagram, facebook, and pinterest
• Social media strategy
• Self starter, confident, and independent enough to try new things
• Creativity is appreciated
• Schedule and coordinate all Social media collaborations with influencers
• Schedule photo shoots with partners to create content
• Create and Execute marketing campaigns
• Strategize and Create marketing tools for 2 large Expos
• Content writing and creation is a plus but not required
• Maintain website category pages and product categories to optimize shopping experience.
• SEO experience is a plus but not required
• Prepare and analyze reports

Goals:

We want a member of our team to know she/he is making a difference to the business, to our customers, and to their own development. You'll be enabled with new skills and opportunities to become an expert in e-commerce marketing and running a business. You will work closely with our Co-founder in assisting her with any daily tasks and duties.
