Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager
Full Time | Michigan Based | Hospitality Portfolio
We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to support a multi-property hospitality group operating hotels and restaurants across Michigan. This role leads paid search management, oversees social media strategy and implementation for assigned locations, and delivers graphic design support for digital and print marketing initiatives. The position also provides direction for two separate content creator roles focused on photography and video for social media posts.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google search advertising campaigns to support revenue and occupancy targets.
- Manage social media strategy, content, and daily oversight for our hotels and restaurants.
- Oversight of third-party social media partners when necessary.
- Develop graphics for digital and print ads, menus, social content, and email marketing.
- Maintain brand standards and alignment across all digital channels.
- Review performance metrics across Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and related platforms.
- Provide direction for the in-house content creators on asset needs, timelines, and priorities.
- Support seasonal campaign planning and property level marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google search ads, preferably in hospitality or multi brand environments.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Graphic design capability for digital and print marketing applications.
- Effective copywriting skills for ads and social content.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
- Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and performance reporting tools
- Provide monthly reporting statistics for social media and Google ads.
Compensation and Work Structure
- Salary range: 70,000 to 80,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid work arrangement with property visits as needed. Must live in Detroit area (preferred) or Petoskey area. No relocation reimbursement.
