Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with technical skills to manage our online presence, optimize marketing campaigns, maintain web platforms, and oversee technology tools that drive business efficiency. As a hands-on contributor in a dynamic company, you’ll wear multiple hats—ensuring our digital marketing efforts and technology systems work seamlessly to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, etc.).
- Develop engaging content for web, social media, and email newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all digital platforms.
Web Development & Management
- Manage, update, and improve the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
- Implement SEO best practices and website performance improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure web content reflects current offerings and initiatives.
- Manage integrations with marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
Technology Management
- Oversee marketing-related technology systems such as CRMs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
- Provide technical support for team tools, platforms, and software.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hosting, email systems, and software needs.
- Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or technology support.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
