About the client:

Our client is running a digital marketing agency specializing in helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with their digital marketing efforts, in addition to running a Podcast.

The agency's main goal is to help SMBs increase their online visibility and reach, and ultimately drive more traffic to their website and convert that traffic into leads and sales. They may do this by developing a comprehensive digital marketing plan that considers each client's unique needs and goals. This plan may include a mix of tactics, such as optimizing website content for search engines, running targeted advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms, and creating engaging email marketing campaigns.

In addition, they also run a podcast that showcases business owners and business coaches who live through their mission vision. This allows them to understand the strengths, struggles, and tactics of successful business owners. The agency will generally use a data-driven approach to guide its strategy and focus on providing measurable results.

This agency is also unique in coaches business owners, leaders and larger strategic and branding decision makers.

The agency will work closely with clients to understand their business and target audience and create a customized digital marketing strategy tailored to their unique needs. The agency will track the performance, provide regular reports to the clients, and adjust the strategy as needed to ensure that the client is getting the best possible results.

About the role:

The Digital Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies for a digital agency and a Podcast. The candidate will manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze the agency's and podcast performance. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and nurture series for both the agency and podcast, which includes segmentation, content creation, testing, and reporting on the results.

The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for both the agency and podcast and will be expected to keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

The candidate should be able to analyze data and provide actionable insights and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and nurture series for both the agency and podcast, which includes segmentation, content creation, testing, and reporting on the results. As the agency and candidate grow together, additional opportunities will become available.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture series
  • Manage PPC campaigns, Adwords and analytics
  • Assist in creating content for various digital marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Assists with day to day administrative task
  • Support the team in all aspects of the creative process
  • Assist in developing client proposals and pitch presentations
  • Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Social media marketing and management across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for both agency and podcast
  • Email marketing campaigns and tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) for both agency and podcast
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content for social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices, including SEO, PPC, and analytics
  • Experience working in a digital agency or similar fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Position : Digital Marketing Assistant

Remote Status : Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Pakistan

Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc. and accumulates over the year.)

Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 185,000 per month
