Summary:
The Digital Marketing Assistant provides administrative, creative, and logistical support for the Marketing Director across all campaigns and projects. While the role includes essential administrative responsibilities, it also plays an active part in reputation management protocols.

This position is ideal for someone who loves to write, is highly detail-oriented, and has a natural passion for hospitality. The right candidate will balance organizational skills with creativity, ensuring that every project runs smoothly while also contributing to the voice and guest-facing presence of each brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Development Support: Assist in managing the flow of all new website builds by coordinating with third-party developers, supporting content population, and ensuring sites are built and optimized with SEO, SEM, and overall digital best practices in mind.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of email campaigns. Work with the Marketing Director and graphic designer to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and timely deployment.
  • Campaign Support: Oversee and maintain campaign lists, assist with performance reporting, and support SEO and website optimization efforts.
  • Digital Content & Website Management: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to amplify promotions across digital channels. Assist with updates to all websites and digital content, including paid ads, landing pages, and site messaging.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and produce content for newsletters, short-form video, social media, and CRM campaigns that inform, engage, and nurture our audience.
  • Social Media Support: Help manage and grow our social presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content. Edit and prepare photos and videos for social use.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online reviews across multiple platforms — including OpenTable, Yelp, Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor — on a semi-weekly basis for each brand and location.
  • Project & Timeline Coordination: Help manage the flow of promotions, events, and campaign timelines. Follow up with external partners to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Agency Liaison: Serve as the bridge between external digital agencies and the Marketing Director, helping manage projects, assets, and communications.
  • Content & Asset Organization: Organize and maintain photo libraries, press clips, video assets, and other digital materials in company archives.
  • Digital Calendar & CRM: Assist with maintaining the digital marketing calendar, including scheduling campaigns, tracking assets, and supporting real-time marketing needs.
  • Brand Stewardship: Display a strong understanding of the BRG brands, culture, and restaurants, ensuring all content reflects our voice and identity.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate willingness to learn and work within new digital platforms, tools, and systems as the marketing landscape evolves.
  • Director Support: Acts as an assistant to the Marketing Director as needed, providing administrative, creative, and operational support across all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.

Comp + Benefits:
  • Hourly
  • 16-24 Hours Weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday* [as needed])
  • 8 Hour Daily Shift with 30-Minute Lunch
  • In-Office, No Remote
  • $25-$28 / Hour
