Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, SEO, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing strategies and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a paid position suitable for recent graduates, interns, or individuals looking to expand their marketing expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter through content scheduling and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Support content creation efforts including blog posts, landing pages, graphics, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Assist in managing content management systems like WordPress to update website content regularly.
  • Support conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing automation initiatives to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
  • Contribute to B2B marketing strategies by creating targeted content and managing campaigns on various platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or familiarity with SEO tools, Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL are preferred.
  • Experience with content creation including copywriting for blogs, ads, emails, and social media posts.
  • Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of social media management tools and strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A background or interest in digital marketing disciplines such as performance marketing, e-commerce, or B2B marketing is advantageous. This position provides an engaging environment for aspiring digital marketers eager to develop their skills while contributing to impactful campaigns across various digital channels.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
