We are seeking a motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Executive to join ISKCON Bangalore’s Online Communications team. This role requires an independent contributor who can plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels to expand our outreach, engage audiences, and support ISKCON’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for festivals, events, and fundraising campaigns.

· Manage campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads (where applicable).

· Oversee ISKCON Bangalore’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

· Plan and create engaging content in coordination with design and video teams.

· Build and grow email subscriber lists; design newsletters.

· Optimise ISKCON’s website for SEO and user experience.

· Track and analyse performance metrics; provide regular reports.

· Collaborate with internal teams to integrate offline events into digital promotion.

· Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new approaches.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (nonprofit experience preferred).

· Proficiency in SEO, social media, email marketing, and campaign strategy.

· Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

· Excellent communication and content writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
