  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising (PPC).
  • Content Management: Help create, edit, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, blog posts, press releases) for the company's website and social media profiles.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, new opportunities, and target audience needs.
  • Administrative Support: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing marketing calendars, updating databases and spreadsheets, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
  • SEO & Web Maintenance: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and assist with website updates using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Customer Interaction: Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments to foster strong relationships and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Required Qualifications and Skills Employers typically look for a mix of
