We are seeking a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive who can independently manage Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations, handle paid advertising, optimize product listings with SEO keywords, and manage the company website. The ideal candidate should be experienced in both e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Marketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart):
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (Title, Bullet Points, Description, Images)
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO keywords for better ranking
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
- Handle pricing, offers, discounts, and deals
- Resolve listing issues, policy violations, and account-related problems
Ads Management (Amazon & Flipkart Ads):
- Create and manage Sponsored Product & Sponsored Brand campaigns
- Perform keyword research for auto and manual campaigns
- Monitor ad performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR)
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI
- Analyze search term reports and add negative keywords
Website Management:
- Manage and update the company website (WordPress / Shopify / Custom CMS)
- Upload and optimize products and content on the website
- Ensure website SEO best practices (on-page SEO, meta tags, keywords)
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversions
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements
- Ensure website speed, functionality, and mobile responsiveness
SEO & Digital Marketing:
- Perform on-page SEO and keyword optimization
- Competitor and market analysis
- Improve organic rankings and conversion rates
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales, ads, and website performance
- Share insights and recommendations for growth and optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Experience in Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and SEO
- Website management experience (WordPress / Shopify preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
- Digital Marketing or E-commerce certification (preferred but not mandatory)
