Digital Marketing Assistant/ Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

Unineed is fast-growing Cross-border e-commerce company, powered by our bespoke system Xtopus, which enables seamless global sales through major digital marketing channels. Specialising in beauty and lifestyle, we currently serve customers in over 150 countries from fulfilment centres in Glasgow, China, Texas and Spain.

This role will suit an experienced, ambitious, and dynamic person who is willing to adapt within a complex and fast paced environment.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their capabilities in driving growth across key marketplace channels, identify new high growth markets worldwide, while utilising their skillset in implementing strategies that target a global audience in a way which facilitates both our growth and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & develop marketing strategy through all digital channels to target global audience.
  • Lead & manage Affiliates & Social Media team to deliver strong performance for the individual markets.
  • Develop new business opportunities through social media, KOLs, Marketplaces and Partnerships
  • Liaise with marketing partners in Europe, China, and North America, growing the revenue and presence in these areas.
  • Pay careful attention to detail and respond quickly to new trends to capture sales growth and maintain stock levels.
  • Identify and develop new and existing relationships with creators and agencies to ensure active promotions of Unineed products.
  • Maintain and develop the TikTok US marketplace store with a responsibility for store revenue and shop health.
  • Actively maintain strong shop health and experience score, while consistently reporting on progress.
  • Create and manage product listings, identifying opportunities for new products, pricing, & stock management.
  • Identify pricing opportunities to strike a strong balance between margin and volume.
  • Work with warehouse teams in UK and US to manage stock movements to support marketplace growth.
  • Logistics management to create and track shipments and follow up with any delays.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Degree in marketing, business or relevant field
  • A strategic thinker who can clearly articulate their vision for success.
  • A proven track record of delivering Marketing Strategy, operations and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Commercial outlook, proven analytical and negotiation skills
  • Able to demonstrate being exceptionally data driven to evaluate performance and monitor competition.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial awareness, high attention to detail and accuracy in reporting information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
