Digital Marketing Associate

Brown Bag Marketing is an Atlanta Digital Marketing Agency that combines future-focused strategy with expert execution across traditional and modern marketing channels. The agency offers innovative solutions to help drive growth and convert leads, with a team of specialists spanning development, copywriting, design, CRM, social media, paid advertising, and photo/video. We are located in Sandy Springs and are in the office at least 2 - 3 days per week.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key Digital Marketing Operations team member. This role encompasses executing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. In addition, you will be involved in paid media, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and SEO. The ideal candidate will have some experience in digital marketing and a good understanding of marketing automation, operational processes, and marketing channels.

Desired Experience: Recent college grad - 1 year of experience*

Desired Qualifications:

• Digital Marketing skills and background knowledge
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to implement digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices
• Experience with email marketing and lead generation tools
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills and productivity levels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• Feeling comfortable with numbers and being naturally curious about the data behind the analytics is essential

Desired Certifications:

• Google certifications preferred (such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, etc.)
• SEO certifications preferred (such as SEMRush or Ahrefs)
• CRM certifications preferred (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)

*Recent graduates are encouraged to apply if the desired experience level has been met through internships and/or classroom projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
