Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at NKP Medical, you will lead the planning, optimization, and management of paid search programs across major search engines (Google & Bing) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). You will serve as the subject-matter expert, driving program success with your analytical skills and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic SEM Development: Collaborate with the NKP Leadership Team to create a scalable SEM process for our agency and clients.
• Client-Focused Solutions: Translate clients' business goals into measurable paid media strategies, driving leads and patient acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, gaining support for NKP’s solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Recommend optimizations for PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and social media platforms. Develop and implement effective bid, keyword, and targeting strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale winning strategies. Perform daily operations including bid, keyword, and audience optimization.
• Expert Guidance: Act as the go-to expert on paid search best practices.

Qualifications

• Performance Reporting: Ability to report on SEM performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Social Ads Expertise: Proficiency in strategy and management of social ads on Meta
• Client Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with confidence. Excellent presentation and material preparation skills.
• A/B Testing: Experience running tests to improve campaign performance.
• Continuous Innovation: Always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Key Requirements

• Agency experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing management experience in an agency or similar setting
• Complete understanding of digital marketing principles including keyword research, bid optimizations, and landing page optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Professional demeanor and excellent client interaction skills.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
